DIY: Feminized seeds . 1) You'll need is Gibberellic Acid (GA3) Google 2) Add water and make sure to have 100ppm. 3) Spray female plant for 10 days right after switching to 12/12 and male flowers will develop , all seeds that develops on that plant will be feminized and produce female plants. P.S. I have not done it personally, but according to book(mjcultivation) it should work .
umm in order not to make hermi seeds you need to use the pollen from your selfed female plant on a new female plant

Stay away from Gibberellic Acid... If you want your girls to grow nanners... use Ionic Silver, much much safer and it works. I have read about it too but it's little bit more complicated than acid... And why "acid" method is not as good as "silver"? P.S> Can you describe the process(silver)?
Complicated? Not really. You can buy Ionic Silver too. The process is exactly the same, except you aren't handling dangerous chemicals... -Loki
Well according to the book it is slightly different process, you have to spray 3 days before switching to 12/12 and keep spraying 'till the first male flower appears, then if you need more male flower then keep spraying P.S.I guess you have not done it either...Or if you did then it was something different... P.P.S. That acid comes as powder.....And it is as dangerous as any other of the chemical fertilizers....So the bottom line is : If THE ONE is an idiot he'll find a way to kill himself...
I start as soon as I start flowering, so I can self pollenate the same plant. But it will work at any point up until harvest. I've never sprayed before I see that it's flowering, but I doubt it would hurt anything if you started earlier... -Loki

Is it true you can soak your seeds in colloidal silver and that would also make your seeds fem? I thought I read that somewhere a long long time ago. Don't have any experience to argue it tho.
What steps are you taking to select a pre stressed non hermi plant? I always thought pure females were rare to occur.
You take a female plant(germinate bunch of seed, grow them select female plants), follow the steps above and you are done.... What else to add? I have no personal experience but I am sure that guy who wrote that book did not pull fem seeds info out of his ass, right? Many websites do sell fem seeds with grate success , and I am sure that process to make them(which ever way they go to) is not very complicated and expensive otherwise prices on those would be much higher... P.S. What do you mean by pure female??? If plant has no male characteristics then it is a female....THIS IS WHERE YOUR POT COMES FROM...
WRONG!! According to the quote YOU posted you need a female plant that will not hermie (has not) under stress. The only way you can know if a plant is a pure female is to stress it. Almost 100% of plants will hermie under physical stress. You need to find that one that won't. If you take pollen from a hermie and self pollinate you will have an inbred which will be a genetic defect with a strong tendency toward hermie. If you use hermie pollen on any other female the trait will be passed on to the new plant. You should make sure you understand what you are posting before you post it. Bad information hurts all of us. BTW where do you get your feminized seeds that are not much more expensive?
If I understood that book correctly : You take a female plant, (follow the steps above ((stress it on the hormonal level-Acid)) and it will self pollinate, and all those seeds will be feminized. If your female plant became hermy under physical stress (heat, cold...) then in that case it will produce hermy seeds... I do not see any point of your 1st post followed by the second ,except that you have no life... P.S.If you have a better ,proven technique, then share with us.
Loki7 how may times u done that? has is worked well for u? do u have a high success rate? and theres no pollen needed right? cuz i got all i need to do it but i wanna make sure it works before i do it.
