A zip is an ounce, not a half ounce. I've never ever heard it used to describe any other weight. I just checked UrbanDictionary just in case the NE has weird slang or something but it seems that a zip is an ounce.

I should probably answer, heh:

Zip:
$150 for commercial / middies (never bought a zip of schwag)
$300+ for really good stuff.

Half-zip:
$100 for commercial / middies
about $200 for the dank.
