Dude, Fallout while high is pretty insane... All the vintage music, depressing scenery, violent outburst... Really a rollercoaster.

COD Is always a winner, to be honest you basically named all the best games.

Playing Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit while stoned is so fucking fun. It's so intense when you have like 10 cops on your ass with weapons and like races and your going 400km/g in a bugatti veyron

 

video games are wack. it's all about the vibe, try to be at somewhere where you'll be able to zone out and feel safe. Turn the lights out in your room, lava lamp, and some music or something. I try to go to chill places with good vibes with my friends whenever we roll out to get high.

DEFINITELY oblivion. Ive played it while high, fucking outstanding. If you have a good hd monitor or tv (depending on console or computer) the scenery will just blow your mind.
Goto some cool places, like the blades fortress. It's awesome just to look off the side of the mountain

 

No nintendo man? Nintendo games are the shit while your baked with friends. Just play some mario cart or super smash and whoever wins get one bowl from the loser! Me and one of my friends have 30+ minute matches in brawl, so intense.

Google fallout 3 nexus for some mods. They are easy to install

 

Not on your list, but I highly recommend Spore. You basically start as a microorganism then evolve through different stages. Some of the funniest shit and a nice chill happy vibe.

 

OBLIVION!!!! omg that game is so good the graphics are out of this world, SC2 is good also but requires alot of thinking but if you like to do that when high (i know i do) then play that, but i really recommend oblivion

shit all pritty good games ya got there, but i just picked up dead space 2 yesterday and got blazed of some green crack and turned off the light with my turtle beaches and jumped quite a bit, good game. and too the guy that said games are "wack" go f off f'n troll.

 

Oblivion is an excellent game to play baked. When i'm high I just usually walk around anywhere finding random shit lol. One of the best games imho
