vaporizing good weed vs bad weed

    Alright, I've got a dilemma here.

    I own two toking tools,
    a 13/7 arm TORO
    and a vapor brothers vaporizer.
    Well, I own more than that, but those are my two primary daily users.

    Here's the thing, I get two batches of bud.
    One batch, locally, ALL of the bud locally goes unnamed, no info given except "good shit" which, of course, all of it's "good shit".
    It's basically hydro M39 or AK47, really bad shit too, looks good, but it is nothing compared to my other shit.
    I pay $130-180 an ounce for this, usually at the lower end of the scale.

    I get another batch for strictly personal use only,
    shipped from Vancouver & always super dank & nice.
    Usually some kind of kush, white rhino, jack herer, shit like that.
    I pay $280-350 an ounce for this.

    Here's the thing.
    I've never smoked my good weed out of my vaporizer, ever, and I've had my vaporizer for over a year now and use it about 4-5 days a week.
    I'm just worried that the high might not be worth the double price in a vaporizer, in a bong.. the taste is just.. fucking beautiful, the high is so distinctive and all that jazz.

    So, basically, do you guys think it's worth smoking expensive bud out of a vaporizer? Will I really notice a huge difference in my vaporizer?
    I'm so tempted to try it, because I honestly never even thought about it before.. I don't know why.
    It's just always "vapor brothers? oh, let me grab my homegrown"
    lol

    I only have like 1g of bubba kush & 1g of rene left and like a half ounce of my shitty local stuff, but I'm so tempted to try but don't want to waste the last of my bud..
    so yeah.. just looking for your opinions.

    Ya you definitely wanna try it out atleast once. I personally love vaping dank, the taste is above anything else

    Defiantly try it..if you don't like it...just smoke it later thru your toro.
    You will get a lot more flavor and you will toasted really well, probably won't find yourself vaping as much as you were if you were using mids..since its more potent. Also try vaping kief a small blanket over some grinded buds will cave your chest in.
    i vape all kinds of buds..but i try to only smoke dank.

    I've personally never been a fan of vaporizers. But it seems to me you are getting good bud, have a good connect, and pick up a decent amount. So, why not spare a gram or two and try for yourself? It won't be a total disaster, I know that much. ;-)

    I decided to bust up a bit of my Rene and try it in my vaporizer.
    It's a sativa/indica mix so it should be pretty interesting.

    Just took a couple of hoots.. man this tastes unlike anything I've ever vaporized before. Everything shitty pretty much had the same or similar taste.. this is just like.. wow.

    Can't wait until I powertoke on 'er some more.
