It's been a long while since I've posted here, but I have a question. I'm supposed to start a new job this week, and they didn't say anything about taking a drug test but it's through a temp agency and I'm thinking they're going to surprise me with one before I can start there so I've been keeping a bottle of Vale "Detox Formula" on hand, but here's the thing I don't know which day I am going to be able to start and it really sucks to not smoke because I get horrible migraines (and have one currently), and it's the only thing that really helps. I was wondering how long before drinking the Vale I should refrain from smoking? Is it possible to drink it tomorrow and smoke a little tonight so I can get a little sleep and still pass a pee test? Also, if anyone has any experience with it, I was wondering how long I can expect it to last.. ? I've drank it before, but I also knew exactly when I was going in for tests and always gave myself 2 days minimum to clear out beforehand, but it's been almost a week and this is really starting to suck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Honestly I have no idea. I've never used detox products but here's my 2 cent anyways. IMO detoxing on your own with water, eating habits, and most importantly exercise is the way to go. I've stoped smoking one 4 or 5 days before a test a few times and I just exercised for 2 or 3 hours everyday and drank alot and avoided junk food. It has never failed me. I'm skinny though, I know it also depends on your body type. I don't know, good luck anyways.
Thanks. Yeah, I've been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice and I'm fairly skinny, as well so I usually do all of those on top of drinking it. Thanks for the input, though.^_^
