Post workout, quick snaps. Seem to look better in different lighting hahaha fuck'em though. Definition is struggling to come through but my core is strong. I'm trying to work on bulking up but adding weight is an uphill battle. Lot's of protein and lots of greens. I'm weighing in at around 145lbs and i'm about 6'1 I think. Fairly thin. I'm about 15lbs under what i'd like. Also working to add more muscle mass to shoulders, back and arms.
Id post my Boss stomach but all my ink would identify me so sorry ladies guess youll just have to trust me when i say im rocking that thug life stomach.

What is a good routine to work out the abs? Particularly the lower ab region. I've been wanting to try and get a more toned mid-section, but other than crunches and planks, I'm not totally sure where to start.
Def do some Burpees, Leg Raises 100%! And on your back bicycle kicks while touching elbows to opposite knees so you get the twist to also work lower Obliques !
Here is me just at the end of my Cutting phase... Then now im on day 3 of bulking for 10 weeks then a cut for 12 weeks to be stage ready for an OPA Show!
