Yeah you def got the better tube, straight and with ice catchers, nice buy. You two will probably be smoking out of yours more often.
Especially if OP has snow around now.. I have the slim jim 2.0 without the ice notches and it's mighty fine . I used some installation wire to simulate the ice notches hehe. I hate the bowl that comes with it though it's insane large.
If you dont mind dropping $15 more you could get an ice pinch slide. Ice Pinch Bowl 18mm Glass on Glass by Ouroboro on Etsy[0]=tags&includes[1]=title&filter[0]=handmade This will seriously improve milkage and also has a built in screen, somthing to think about.
I Have the TX Burner, It's great. you don't need to lean the bong when it's not set on a table or a flat area.
Pretty much exactly the same to me I don't see how there will be a difference in how they hit. Nice first bongs tho. Enjoy.
