  3. Looking nice man, but you do know that those are gonna turn into 5 foot tall plants including the pots right?

  4. Really??? I was told by Guerilla45 that Northern lights do not stretch much during flower...

Dude im pretty sure northern lights is more sativa than indica which means it should triple in height and it is possible that will quadruple in height which would bring it out to 6.6 feet in height including the pot, you better be ready to super crop that bitch.

[Edit] After googling a bit i have found to much information to say whether its primarily sativa or indica if it is sativa dominant as i said earlier it could triple or quadruple in height, if its indica dominant it should double or triple. Did you get the seed from the seed bank or a bag? If you got a it from a seed bank you should check out the seed bank to see which its primary genetics are...

i ordered the seeds from marijuanaseeds.nl and on the site it says mostly indica. the seeds are feminized. it also says that the height is medium????

  7. Well yeah then sorry about the incorrect info, im drunk and for some reason i thought northern lights was sativa, probably because i thought sativa were the nonequatorial varieties but it turns out that indca are the nonequatorial varieties, you can still expect it to double or triple in size...

  8. i would flower those asap mah dood. Maybe transplant up a container size then wait a few days and begin flowering.

  9. so go from 8 gallon pots to 10 gallon???

  10. Ya most sativas are equatorial strains, like Malawi Gold or Oaxaca Gold or Panama Red. Indicas come from mountainous areas like the middle east, where they grow much faster due to the shorter sun light exposure.

OP, i would definitely start flowering those bitches. The northern lights won't stretch much, but if you transplant it will still grow a lot since the roots have to reach out into their new surroundings :D.

  11. i flowered 6 foot tall northern lights babys in 5 gallon buckets, they will stretch alot, trust me i had arm size colas and i started flowering before you will. asap, asap. looking good though nice stalk to support those colas.

  12. I just switched out the bulb to hps, flowering has begun. I don't think I need to transplant, those babies are in 8 gallon pots...

  13. Yeah im pretty sure ur good with those pots.

  14. looking great dude, I have been following because I also have some feminized NL plants in waterfarms that are a few days behind you. yours are much bigger than mine, but I expect that I will use one for a mother and flower the other one when it's around 18-20" tall. my last plant was bagseed and went from 24" tall (not including rootball) to over 5 ft. and parts grew above my light.

i would say those, if put into flower now, would still yield a large amount. they look very healthy and full

  15. Those are some very healthy looking plants, and 8 gallons will be plently. I vegged mine in 2 gallon pots to that size then transplanted to 5 gallon before flowering.

  16. thanks,

so, do you think I started flower too early?

  17. I'm just wondering if I am utilizing the pots completely...

  18. happy thanksgiving!!!!

  19. no, I think they are good to put in flower. They will get a LOT bigger, so if you have room to veg them more, then you can end up with more, just don't let it get too big. I think they look good enough that they could give you more than a couple oz. off each one. what kind of flower light are you using?

  20. I just started flowering yesterday, i am using hps for the bulb for flowering, and mh for veg
