Aren't you supposed to shoot them up in the air? Then they wouldn't shatter windows. But Cobra 6's are known to break a couple of windows on new years eve around here because I live in a very urban area. People just throw them as if they were small firecrackers so that's pretty dangerous. I liked it when I was the only one that had them because I'd just get away from all the cars and houses to get a nice boom.
