I recently had a storm and my plant is about 4in. tall. I went to check on it after the storm and now the plant is sagging down against the soil but the very top is still aimed up, so I attached a little stick to it and loosely tied it to the stick to support.
My question is should I have supported them with the stick and will it still grow?
btw this is my first time growing sorry if its in the wrong section
Also there are attached pics

the same thing happened to my seedlings. half died and the other half shrugged it off and grew like wildfire. The most important thing to do is make sure the can't move. they need to take it easy till it gets it straight back.

thing looks like it's stretching which would make it easier for a mean storm to come along and knock your shit down, not sure how you could fix that. you can probably tie it to that stick a little tighter man probably closer to the top too, maybe add some more soil also... idk man
