It's completely selfish for a smoker to vote no just because they're worried about the quality. Weed isn't readily available to everyone. Not to mention never having to worry about cops is mind blowing.
I'm not sure which is more stupid.... Prohibition or Fear that prohibition would be better than Legalization It's a tossup
