Corned beef hash topped with over easy eggs, a couple slices of fried ham, cup of black coffee and a glass of whiskey all to be followed by a bowl of herb. Breakfast of Champions.
I had an impromptu sleep-over last night. A couple of my dinner guests got a bit drunk and I made them stay the night. So this morning I made some breakfast keeping in mind that tummies may be a little delicate. So I made an asparagus omelette w/ mushrooms, green onions, cheddar cheese and some cherry tomatoes as garnish. I made fresh bread for toast to go with the meal. It was delicious.
I already know what I'm going to have tomorrow for breakfast. I'm going to cut up some potatoes and make some seasoned hashbrowns, along with 4 sunny side up eggs and a piece of 9-grain toast. Carbs, protein, and more carbs. Then it's off to the gym to destroy my biceps and shoulders.
Soo I have a left over bitten donut from last night. I guess that and some koolaid? haha idk yet but thats prob it.
