    bagel, apple, carrots, string cheese, couple slices of turkey, yogurt, glass of soy milk, bout a half gallon of water.
     
    i dont try to eat healthy, i was just too lazy to cook anything and the girlfriend hates cow milk for some reason (unfortunately we were out of that as i drink a half gallon to a gallon a day when we have it) so soy was around.
