Powerlifting

  1. How many of you blades are into power-lifting? Im sure there is a lot of you who like to lift as part of your training. Im just looking to start conversation about power-lifting training and techniques here on the forum.

    For those of you who ARE into strength sports, what types of training to you like to use to get those numbers? Do any of you subscribe to the westside methods?
     
  2. hell yea power lifting is the shit i had clean and jerk and snatch on my lift yesterday.

    I want to become a great powerlifter
     
  3. Powerlifting is a great way to increase size and strength quickly. I usually do 5x5 workouts of any two or three powerlifts. Squats, deadlifts, power cleans, snatches, hang cleans, bench press, etc. Squats and deadlifts are the core of the program.
