So I just planted a seed in some soil that I have and the next day there was a sinkhole there, most likely due to me not packing the soil enough. So I freaked out and dug around looking for it, possibly burying it deeper. Am I totally fucked or should I keep watering and hope that it sprouts, becuase I am not sure if the seed is half an inch deep, or a few inches deep. The seed was germinated before I put it in the soil. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Just hope you didnt break its root while digging around, and keep watering. you have nothing to lose, and with a bit of luck it might still grow, even if it takes a bit longer to break the surface. good luck man:D
