Best indica for anxiety?

Alright there's tons and tons of lists that tell you what different strains are best for but I'm really looking for other people who have anxiety (I have social anxiety disorder as well as just general rather extreme feelings of anxiety all the time+some tasty depression thrown in ) to tell me from personal experience.

I've heard good things about different kush things, especially bubba kush. I've smoked some sativa and reacted very badly (music sounded AMAZING but my heartbeat went through the roof and I turned into a super anxious paranoid mess and couldnt enjoy it), but I've also had random mids off the street that I assume were indica and calmed me down very well.
