I'll be doing research to find out some things about this 'uncircumcised' penis you speak of. :smoking:

After doing very little background checking on the topic I found an answer. The penis is not "shaped to scrape sperm from the vagina" the penis has developed to displace sperm. Displace defined #3: to take the place of; replace. Surprisingly, uncircumcised penises are better for sperm displacement than circumcised. The reason being is the foreskin (as you could imagine). Here is a quote from an article on the matter: "The human penis lacks an erectile bone, and has a distinctive coronal ridge. Also, the human penis is alone in having a foreskin". An uncircumcised penis still has the same tip, and it's used the same way during intercourse as a circumcised tip. The foreskin works as a trap for other men's sperm (Haha nasty bastards trapping cum on yo dicks!). So basically the foreskin along with the 'suction' affect of the penis's unique tip create a powerful sperm displacement tool.

    The more interesting part:

"By using the coronal ridge to create a suction mechanism, the penis is able to remove sperm already deposited in the female’s reproductive tract. This is significant because it would imply that females are not monogamous, otherwise sperm displacement would be useless, because only one male’s sperm would be present. Humans are culturally socialized to believe that women do not seek out sex. If the penis did evolve as an instrument to displace sperm, which there is much evidence to suggest, Western culture may have to reassess the way they categorize women sexually."
