Try a UK flick called "Black Sheep" black UK comedy.1st time I watched it on IFC I was instantly hooked (British humor fan here) -you'll will piss your pants watching it if you like zombie,meat-eating sheep on the attack. Oh & make sure it's from the UK -there is a US 1 w/Chris Farley & David Spade(dumb as hell). Another good mindfuck movie is older but a classic is "Jabberwocky" by Monty Python - if you figure it out LMKP - I've watched it totally blasted & straight & still can't make heads or tails off it. US -wise "21 Grams" w/ Sean Penn - story of how 1 man's choice affects 3 families lives in different degrees - 1 is ruined,1 is saved & 1 is thrown into moral turmoil. Acting is a-one on all actors parts. Enjoy & LMK how you liked them!

i personally believe Fear and Loathing isnt that big of a mindfuck..it might be a mindfuck to those who dont do it big like raoul duke and dr.gonzo though.

Eraserhead's a major mindfuck but if you want to see the ultimate mind fuck movie it's by David Lynch(the guy who did eraserhead) check out Lost Highway, or Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels is a good one to watch when your high.

Memento is amazing high or not.
Fight Club fucked my mind and I wasn't high so I imagine it would be good when high as well.

Super Mindfucks:
Synecdoche, NY
The Holy Mountain
Sun Angle Calculator
Mindfucking but to a lesser extent:
Waking Life
What the Bleep do We Know?
Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead
The Fountain (quite slowly paced, however)
Being John Malkovich
Human Nature
A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Cashback
I'm sure more will come to mind.
