    What kind of flavor does that impart on the beer? I've heard of diacetyl in freshly bottled brews that has a buttery kind of flavor.

    Green apple type flavors.

    More hop hunter. This stuff is good. Picked up a 24 pack for 25 bucks. 7% and taste so good.

    Is there an IPA any of you would recommend to someone who doesnt really like IPAs but still keeps an open mind? I tried someones homebrew IPA at a bottle share one time and it was decent, I'm not really a hophead but I'm sure theres an IPA out there that I could like.
     
    Pliny is certainly on my list
