cannabis card for psoriasis?

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by cLOUD9, Feb 15, 2010.

  1. I'm also in michigan and have my card. Have chronic p with a for 28 years. Have no ins. Now so use no pres. Drugs except cheap lotion occasionally. The med cannabis works like a charm. After four months now I'm 70 percent cleared and I can sleep thru the nite. Can't say I enjoy the stuff and I don't get why someone would use it for fun as I just get foggy and sleepy.

  2.
So can you just do a geographic and move to CO. or WA.?  I hear it is legal there.

  3. If you do have psoriatic arthritis, maybe you can find a symphathetic dermatologist or rhumentologist to write an RX. I can't see how a judge could give you greif for seeking treatment from a specialist. I would think a judge challenging a physician's professional opinion is a big no-no. And stop speeding.

  4. yea I will look into all possible avenues as I dont got time to be dealing with these damn courts , been in court 3 times in last 3 months and now that I have to report to a probation officer , they are just trying to keep me tied up in the system and take my money . but in all reality thats my fault for not taking care of this sooner .

Seems in MI , primary care  doctors arnt as prone to sign a recommendation because maybe their network doesnt allow it or they dont want to lose the money from prescribing you meds that you can pick up in a pharmacy . well see how it goes over the next week . only thing that sucks is that I have a random drug test coming up any day this week and I know im going to fail as its only been a week since I last toked and that shit probably wont be out of my system for atleast couple months as much as I use to smoke .

  5. Wow, that really sucks, too bad it's gotta be like that. Stay clean, or move to a tolerable state, it's not worth it. Vitamin C will help, believe it or not, give it a shot.

You should look into liposomal vitamin C, it will help with not having weed and will also help with the psoriasis and arthritis, no joke. I make my own here at home, it's not that hard and the results are amazing.

I too used to suffer with major psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis as well and vitamin C has been a great help. The arthritis is gone as long as I continue taking the vitamin C and the psoriasis has almost disappeared. I still have flare ups that are completely related to my diet.

Try keeping a diary and see what causes flare ups, for me gluten and wheat are triggers, like most pizza crusts will cause a break out. I wish you luck, you can do it.

  6. Thanks toasty ! I will look into it and definitely try to pick up some of that vitamin C . Right now my biggest concern is trying to find a way to et my med card here in michigan as moving out of state is not an option as I just purchased a home and there's no way the misses would even consider it due to work and the new home . Thanks again

Here is a youtube video on how to make your own liposomal vitamin C.

Every time you get the urge to smoke up, take a shot or two of the liposomal vitamin C. It will help immensely with withdrawals and overall health. I use it regularly for allergies and joint pain.

I purchase the lecithin and vitamin C at swansonvitamins.com

It's important to get vegetable lecithin and non GMO everything.

  8. I have psoriasis myself, if people are able to fake having sleeping problems and get medical marijuana, i would have thought you would have no problem
