Grasscity ripped me off

Now I've been waiting over a month for a delivery that was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days. I recieved no confirmation E-mail that our order had been sent, so like a fool, I've been awaiting a package that was never even sent in the first place. I know for a fact that someone got my money, because it's fuckin' gone, and nobody at Grasscity is willing to take responsibility for what's OBVIOUSLY a goddamn scam. I'm not the type of person who throws words around frivolously, but the Grasscity shop SCAMMED me and my friends, plain and simple. Not only have I ordered and not recieved my package but 2 other completely unrelated orders of personal friends have been made and ignored. Not ignored entirely I mean, Grasscity seemed friendly, legit and reassuring right up until one of us actually sent them the money, after our $ disappeared so did the farce.
So, altogether we lost about $300. My family exchanged no Christmas presents this year because Grasscity fucking stole them. Of course we've tried calling and E-mailing whoever we can and the professional scam artists tell us they have no record of an order being made or packages being sent out. The fact is, the order was made on all 3 occasions and our money is gone. Now we want to know, on the off-chance that this is all some fixable mistake and Grasscity isn't a scam, who will assume responsibility?
Rest assured, I will not give up until we recieve what we ordered, get a full refund or make sure that heads roll. My friends and family members have long given up with a "We got ripped off but at least we learned a good lesson" attitude. I don't share their sentiments, I want to be able to trust online shopping in the future and if not, I swear on the cross at the very least that I won't just bend over and let myself be fucked in the ass like this. If legal action is what it'll take then I'm prepared to examine that option, no matter how arduous or double-edged it may seem.
The coincidence is too large for this to not be a scam. 3 seperate orders were ignored, no confirmation, no support, no package. They just took our cash and basically told us "tough luck" when we called to complain later. My order was for 3-4 days, it's been about a month now so don't anybody tell me to relax and keep waiting. I realize shipping slows down around Christmas and delays occur but I gave up being patient on about day 15, this is ridiculous and I think my friends and I have valid reason to be pissed off.

I regret not specifying who my anger is meant for, I said "grasscity" but I realize how vague that is. Let me take this space to state that the Grasscity forums have never caused me any problems, on the contrary, for years now the city forums have helped me solve many of my marjuana related questions. The mods have always been friendly, lenient, helpful and sincere. My beef isn't with anyone on the forums or even anyone in particular, but with the entire Grasscity shop section of the site along with the terribly unhelpful service we recieved over the phone, I guess it's in Amsterdam, and the people responsible for recording orders along with providing some sembelance of customer service.
People like Superjoint and ReformMaryJaneLaws are class acts and good mods.

You might remember a similar thread I made a few weeks ago expressing my concern over a $100 purchase from Grasscity that was never delivered. When I made that thread there was still the possibility of the package being delayed somehow and the majority of the people here told me not to worry, that delays are common, glass takes longer to deliver, there's lots of holiday traffic backed up, and other such excuses etc.
Now I've been waiting over a month for a delivery that was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days. I recieved no confirmation E-mail that our order had been sent, so like a fool, I've been awaiting a package that was never even sent in the first place. do you think you could even post this message for all members to see if we would be a ripp off place, first off all, how did you pay? creditcard, cash or check??? You are talking about yuor order but I have no order # , nor have the order # for your friends orders, if you have opted for 3 to 4 days delivery (69 USD fedex/ups shipment) you should ask for the tracking #, if you get a tracking # you can see that we have actualy shipped your package, we caanot fake fedex numbers, I understand your frustration, but you will need to get this fixed via the support at support@grasscity.com or the online support pages, you can keep on rantinh here that we are scammers, but that for sure will not get your package, you can ask tens of thousands of custumors (literaly) who have received and enjoyed their stuff from us, what do you think that we post fake messages here of satsfied custumors. I would like to help you, but start acting like a mature custumor with a normal complaint, I will not go into discussing with you on the forums, please email to support@grasscity.com and ask for sacha's assistants and mention this reply Í just typed here, that way we can help you and assure you a delivery of your pacakge as we do witrh all our custumors. I would also hope you will have the descensy to post here when you get your package (what will happen) .
One important note for cash paying clients, if you send us money via the mail always use regsitred mail as strongly suggested in the instructions, anyone can say he has send us 100 bucks and that we took there money, if you have proof you can make a case, but without it and you're money has not arrived, we just can take responsibility for that, I'm sure you understand. I hope we can settle this a.s.a.p so you can enjoy your purchase.

My situation is complex and the story outlined in my original thread is about 80% accurate, that is to say it's been paraphrased. There are things I've left out or changed for the sake of clarity and literary impact. As far as any average board member is concerned I've accurately portrayed my problem, but if official people like webmasters are going to be involved they might need to know many more details I left out of the original post.

what do you mean on the phoen, we do not do support on the phone, sorry I'm reacting like this but who the hell did you spoke to???
and FYI SJ is not a mod!! just the creator of the shop and grasscity itself ;-)

I'm sure he already requested the tracking number from someone and he already tried going through the obvious support routes. As I understand it, there was no tracking number because our order was never sent from your HQ, at least thats what we were told.
I'm at a loss, regretfully I cannot provide you with a credit card # or any such solid proof because it's not technically my order, like I said. Through no fault of yours I'm struggling with communication problems between family members. To put it bluntly, I know about the order but daddy doesn't know I know. It's a personal roadblock I have to overcome in order to get to the bottom of this problem and as of yet I'm unprepared to do so. I can't even directly relay your instructions to him without blowing my cover so you can imagine what an obstacle this presents for me.
However, I do greatly appreciate the help and am grateful that my boorish escapades were treated with the utmost patience and proffesionalism, and by the owner of Grasscity no less. Now thats what I call superb customer service. Anyway, I'll make sure to somehow relay the message so somebody who can do something, does. I believe the problem started shortly after our credit card was charged. Grasscity told us to wait for some sort of confirmation e-mail but it didn't arrive right away and on the next day our internet was disconnected for days. It's possible that confirmation email we missed contained crucial information pertaining to our order but I can't imagine why our order wasn't written down and recorded somewhere immediatly after our card was charged, not just after we recieve and read a confirmation email. The way things happened and the way I understand it is neither we nor Grasscity had any record of our order, but the money was already gone anyway.
Maybe my dad has some ID number Grasscity issued him or something and he just hasn't made the effort to pursue a solution to the problem properly. I don't know how I'll do it but somehow I'll try and confer with him tonight, we'll combine what we know and one of us will get back to you either in this thread or through the support link you posted. I'm positive he's already exhausted all available support options long ago though....he's stated his case via grasscity support e-mail and the city didn't e-mailed him back on any occasion. We'll try again though, wish us luck.
Thanks again for your time and sorry for being a prick.

Like I said, there are many complexities in my story and even now something as simple as the directions you posted pose new problems for me. I didn't personally call or speak to anyone, my father is the person who actually made the order and he did, I'm almost sure of it. He got some support number off this website and called them up.
I'm sure he already requested the tracking number from someone and he already tried going through the obvious support routes. As I understand it, there was no tracking number because our order was never sent from your HQ, at least thats what we were told.
