I don't really know my cheese names... but from what I do know, pepperjack is my favorite. I've had others I like more, just don't know names. Would like to try more of those gourmet cheeses though.

Dank as FUCK. I really enjoy this cheese. It kind of taste like cheesecake, but its cheese. I dunno, the cranberrys really add a lot to the flavor. I posted a long time ago here, but Beemster, mainly the really aged, is the best cheese I've ever had.
Extra sharp cheddar is one of my favorite things in life! No such thing as too sharp either. I put it on fucking everything.
Hmm...it's tough to choose, and there are a lot of cheeses I haven't tried. I feel like it would be a tie between mild cheddar and swiss and/or provolone.
Gouda is great, mozzarella, provolone, sharp cheddar, swiss are my favorites. American cheese is nasty as hell... I can only eat it very thin sliced and from off a meat slicer.

For an every day I put that shit on everything cheese I'd say medium cheddar. My favorite though, although not as frequently eaten, would be Castello Traditional Danish Blue. It's so good on steak and burgers.
