Well I have a couple: Humboldt fog, saga blue, triple cream brie, saint andre and boschetto al tartufo. However, I usually only get these when I am at a nice restaurant that offers cheese platters with nice selections.
I really like any kind of hot cheeses. Jalapeno or Habenero. I used to work in a butch shop and we sold a ton of lunch meat and cheeses, I would always grab a different cheese after every shift. I miss that job actually besides the shit pay.
