Favorite cheese

    Also, Asiago. It's delicious! I like grating this cheese on top of piping hot noodles so it melts all over. It's also great with grapes.

    But seriously it's probably white cheddar mmmm
    I'm going to the store tomorrow to pick up some smoked Gouda and possibly brie? We'll see what looks good
     
  3. Honestly my favorite right now, Then normal is okay but the smoked is a whole next level of freakin epic!
     
  4. Well I have a couple: Humboldt fog, saga blue, triple cream brie, saint andre and boschetto al tartufo.

    However, I usually only get these when I am at a nice restaurant that offers cheese platters with nice selections.

  6. I really like any kind of hot cheeses. Jalapeno or Habenero. I used to work in a butch shop and we sold a ton of lunch meat and cheeses, I would always grab a different cheese after every shift. I miss that job actually besides the shit pay.
     
  7. goat cheese, havarti and gouda.
     
  8. 10+/yr old super sharp white cheddar.
     
  9. Tillamook makes some great cheeses.

  10. mature Irish cheddar
    crumbly Wensleydale cheese (it has cranberry bits in it, it's pure amazing)

    My favorite is Blue Cheese.

  15. applewood smoked cheddar, feta or goat cheese. All soooo good.
     
  16. I'm a sucker for four year aged grafton shard cheddar. But The coop near my house has artisan pepperjack that's so damn good...I really can't eat American anymore. I've been spoiled.
     
  17. smoked asiago, cheddar jack, I like cheddars in general. I love feta. You can't beat good ole land O lakes white american though aha..
     
  18. Smoked anything! And just about any kind of raw milk cheese....deeeeeeelish! I have a serious love for cheese.
     
  19. I love Muenster Cheese on my sandwich. Also kraft American cheese, cause 'Merica!
