Brie is bomb.

Also there is the soft italian cheese, similar to mozzarella but softer and more awesome.

Botticelli? maybe, i forget how to spell it but its delicious.

 

mozzarella is probably my favorite just to pull off of a ball and eat really quick...but now i'm lactose intolerant, so i can't have any cheese. thanks, acutane! you gave me IBS and now i can't eat like i want to!

 

Parmigiano Reggiano shavings.

And some dank pepper jack.
but its seriously hard to choose, i almost have no favorites, i just eat parmigiano reggiano the most.

What he said. Besides that...i have actually never heard of smoked gouda, gotta pick up a piece of that i guess.

 

My favorite cheese is by far Brie, Vive La France!

 

Camembert on water crackers it's the best.

I'm a pacific northwest boy, I still love my tillamook cheese!

 

I used to HATE cheese until my later teen years. Pretty wild right? I'm still hesitant, but some cheese actually is pretty good.
