  1. my shoulder/arm muscles are extremely sore and tense. does anyone have any suggestions on how to make them feel better or more comfortable?? thanks gc

  2. Smoke. Take two advil. Stretch.

  3. one word, Ibulive

  4. Get some Blue-Emu. It works. You rub it into your pain. Get a hand held massager, and go to work on them after a hot shower or soak in a hot tub. Smoke more heavy Indica. :)

  5. stretch, and rub the muscles. Relax, and put a heating pad on it. A hot bath would probably work.

I find that bong rips relieve muscle pain pretty effectively.

  6. Heating pad, shower, massage, pain killers, muscle relaxers, stretching, and icyhot.

Createin (sp?) always helps my sore muscles. It's really better at preventing soreness then fixing it.

  7. Rest, smoke, stretch, relax them. A hot shower is a good idea. Obviously, try to use those muscles as little as possible.

What were you doing to make them sore in the first place? Were you lifting weights or something like that?

  8. Fuck all those chemicals..

Mix 1 tablespoon horseradish in 1 cup of olive oil. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes, then apply it as a massage oil for instant relief for aching muscles.

  9. rest, heat/electrostim, painkillers, good indica, drink enough water, uhhh

    that''s all i've got.

  10. maybe someone will give you a massage?

  11. stretch, apply heat, try not to use it.

  12. water, water, water, water, stretches, water, water, epsom salt bath.

  13. stretch work out(light)
    creatine
    alkaline or purified water
    l glutamine
    IBU
    repeat

  14. Did you lift hard? or is just randomly sore?
I'd recommend stretching, protein shakes with glutamine, sauna, rest, cottage cheese is a dank source of casein (slowly digested) protein, or maybe rub some icy hot on it, oh and advil/aleeve works well.
