Yes I realize I misspelled zolpidem in the title What's up folks? I've never really had any good experiences with ambien but I'm giving it another try tonight. I'm prescribed them so I just have 'em layin' around. A little background before I go into how i'm feeling, etc. Took 10mgs of oxycodone and 700mgs soma (both daily doses) at around 3:00 pm (it's now 10:19 pm) I took .5mg of xanax at around 7 pm (daily dose, also) None of these drugs had any sort of effect on me being high, the oxy is so I don't feel like shit, and i'm weening my xanax. So anyways, starting fresh: I took 15mgs about 30 minutes ago Now at 10:21 I'm feelin' a very body high, want to laugh, and just slumber. Haha anyways, yeah this is the normal experience I get when I take ambien. It's nothing like I hear from others about getting fucked up, not remembering things, visuals etc. I have taken up to 60mgs of ambien in a sitting but that was just once and it was okay, nothing special again. I did have a hard time typing that though, that's for sure. The only thing I can think of why I can't experience what others can, is that I have a high tolerance to benzos and sedatives. I will say this is the most pleasing experience I've had, just nothing fantastic. EDIT: added another 5mgs
I took twenty milligrams once and I tripped the fuck out. I kept thinking a little Asian kid was on my brother's shoulder. Haha. I'm not even kidding. It was really odd.
SEE that's what I'm lookin for! I'm on 20mgs now and just feel a pretty nice body high. A little distortion in vision and such, but no little Asian kids haha
Ha. I guess you'll just have to keep trying to get the desired effects. Don't worry though, you're not the only person I've heard from that doesn't trip out. I enjoyed my experience. I got some of the sickest closed eye visuals I've ever had. They were almost as intense as the ones that I got while on a quarter of fungus. The shit I thought I saw was crazy though. Haha. I hope you eventually see that little Asian kid.
hahaha me too, i'm excited for this little asian boy. But seriously, there aren't any more different doses I can try. I've tried 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 60. Plus I hear that anything over 15mg is kind of a waste, Maybe i'm just SOL with this chemical. I do feel good... like smoking a bowl and taking maybe 1mg of xanax. I WANT ME SOMEZ VISUALZ. Ha ha kidding (not).
Ha. Well that does kind of blow that you can't get visuals. You should look online and see if there could be some reasons why you aren't. You might actually come up with something.
I took 50mgs the other day and was talking to furniture (I think), thought the furniture was moving and talking(?), and woke up on my couch with my pants and underwear down. It was too much.
