Let Rick Simpson Be Free!!!

I just wanna say its great Rick Simpson was featured in High Times but because of this he is no longer safe! The US government won't stand for people who are telling the truth and showing people one of the many cures for Cancer. We can't let what happened to Marc Emery happen to Rick Simpson, the US government has already seized his house, let's not let him make it to federal prison! Anyone have any ideas how we can stop this?? Or any updates on what's going on??

hold on the federal govt(USA) seized rick simpsons house in Canada?? the reason the American govt was after emery was for distribution of seeds acrosss the border, i don't think they have anything on rick simpson, i think all his cases involve Canadian residents... and until he commits a crime in America he can't be extradited, and he has already been arrested by the Canadian police and then was sentenced to "TIME SERVED" which means his jail sentence was whatever days he spent in jail leading up to the trial

this is complete and utter bullshit... and the american government wonders why everyone is against hem, they go around acting like the bully that had a traumatizing experience with someone and now goes around beating anyone that reminds him of that incident...

It really is bullshit. The American government is so fucked. They want us all to die and that's why they won't let people like Rick Simpson cure peoples cancer. There are plenty of cures out there for cancer, myself I've seen 3 different cures work, let alone all the ones I've never heard of or seen. But Hemp Oil is by far the best I've seen, it can cure anything. My friend had HPV and used Oil to cure it, she hasn't had a breakout since and the "non curable" disease is gone. It makes me sick the world we live in today, how did it get this bad?

well, if that is the case, might i suggest that every single person that can follow in his footsteps?

i mean, if every large scale grower were to add one extra plant to make into his oil (which you can find the process for online) and distributed it to someone, that would mean that his work could continue and if more people were working on the same thing, sooner or later the governments would not be able to stop it. they just wouldn't be able to afford it. besides, what's one extra plant in the garden for you larger scale growers?

but, i would think that that should be done in the same spirit as Rick... do not charge for it, just give it out to someone that has something that it can cure.

the government wants us to keep quiet? let's start yelling at the top of our god-damned lungs.

and to keep Marc Emery's spirit alive, overgrow the government. (yeah, i know, he's still alive... but what inspired him should inspire us all, i'd think.)

You couldn't be more right! what an awesome idea!! They are both inspiring for sure, I always knew how to make oil, but I was never aware of the power it had, but because of Rick Simpson I learned, and have now helped people make oil and use it to fight again their Cancer! It has worked wonders! Your right! We need to spread the word!

so man, i don't understand the complete story, if he was supplying it to patients in america and he got busted for that, but unless he broke some american laws in america the DEA should have NO legal way of raiding that house... Luckily its winter and assuming Rick only grows outdoors they won't find any plants... but i brought it up to my manager tonight at work, and he said that he already heard about rick simpson(not the raid but in general) and i was taken Aback, i don't remember telling him about rick but surprised he knew about him, because unless he read high times he would had to have done research on the topic...

i agree with this as well... which makes me very upset at the canadian government. if he was not providing it to anyone in america, the DEA and america should have absolutely no jurisdiction in the matter... which would mean that it's one more nail in the Canadian sovereignty's coffin.

but hey, i know a lot of canadians that think that Steven Harper's conservative government is aiming to turn canada into america's bitch. this should come as no surprise, as disgusting as it may be.
