Basketball The Official NBA Thread

  1. I was gonna play fantasy football to pass the NBA wait time but these niggas talkin bout paying $4.20 , bitch please I wish I fucking would. I could save the lives of 420 African children for that amount.

Now I'm mad for no reason.

  2. Jimmer Freddette and John Salmons signed with SA too, huh?

Nice, more depth. Could be the last chance for both guys in the league and no better organization to play for to get that opportunity than San An!

Oh and Koochie- We do that just to keep the league competitive throughout the year. 4 dollars and 20 cents is reasonable. I have played in leagues where you put 20 or more down right away and the winner at the end comes away with hundreds of dollars. This just makes it nice and competitive and the winner gets a nice little reward for winning the league.

  3. East observations
-Cleveland maintains their core, curious to see if JR stays<br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Trebuchet MS', Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.3500003814697px; line-height: 18.2000007629395px; background-color: rgb(251, 253, 250);">-Chicago seems to be pretty much bringing back the same squad.. Not sure they have the personnel in the frontcourt to run Hoibergs new system.<br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Trebuchet MS', Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.3500003814697px; line-height: 18.2000007629395px; background-color: rgb(251, 253, 250);">-Atlanta fixed a weakness by getting Splitter, but lost the perimeter defense of Caroll, can't be in the same as conference as Lebron with a defensive hole at that spot<br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Trebuchet MS', Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.3500003814697px; line-height: 18.2000007629395px; background-color: rgb(251, 253, 250);">-Toronto basically swapped backcourt depth of Vasquez and Lou for Carroll and Biyombo's defense, a top 4 seed cause that atlantic division is trash<br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Trebuchet MS', Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.3500003814697px; line-height: 18.2000007629395px; background-color: rgb(251, 253, 250);">-Milwaukee has another year of experience for their super young core and added a post presence in Monroe, MCW is bad though..<br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Trebuchet MS', Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.3500003814697px; line-height: 18.2000007629395px; background-color: rgb(251, 253, 250);">-Wiz lost pierce but got Dudley, I'll say they'll be the same as last year

Na it was a joke lol

  10. Sasha Vujacic to the Knicks...I thought that dude went on to play tennis or some shit.

  11. Any Utah Jazz peeps?! I'm in SLC.

  12. Not a Jazz fan, but I believe Alec Burks is on the brink of a "breakout" season. Don't see him as a star, but the dude has some talent.

  13. Getting high and rewatching the bulls vs celtics 2009 playoff footage

Probably the most entertaining series from a competitive standpoint in awhile, pretty much every game went into OT

  14. I've played in leagues like that with a bunch of local friends. Each year we get 12-16 people and everybody throws $60 in. Top 3 finishers get money and then whoever wins the "toilet bowl" (basically playoffs for teams that didn't make the playoffs) get a little bit just to keep everybody interested.

I won it a few years ago and bought an xbox and an oz lol.

Football is really the only sport where I'd wanna throw down big money tho. Not cause I like football the best but I feel like it's more unpredictable.
that was one of the best playoff series is recent years. D-Roses coming out party too.

  15. I forgot about Ben Gordon. Dude hit so many ridiculous shots

  16. Dem Ben Jordan days do

  20. Getting tickets to see the Spurs at the Target Center on Dec. 23rd.

Probably going to be a shitty game. But I need to see my team play before the big 3 breaks up. It'll be cool watching all the young talent the T'wolves have acquired over the past couple of years too.
