Me and my friends took rolls around 8pm last night, it is 6 am now. Were all pretty much wide awake and my one friend has severe upper abdominal pain. Why does he have this pain in his stomach and what can he do to help it go away. Hes freaking out and wants to tell his parents because it hurts so bad.

Has he eaten any food? I'm pretty sure he will be fine in time, but I'm not a doctor either.
I will say, I've never heard of such a thing, so maybe try Google searching?

Eat something with lots of wheat, or saltine crackers. Drink some water too. Also, try going to the bathroom.

or maybe he has appendicitus and it has nothing to do with the drugs he took? should probably get it checked out, drugs don't cause intense physical pain, just nausea if anything

i'd say try to let it run it's course.. drink some water eat some easy on the stomache foods like crackers or bread..
if the problem persists or gets worse wouldn't hurt to see your physician

yea man i would tell your freind to chill out for a bit and if hes still complaining after he eats some food and takes a dump then mabey do somthing about it if its bad but i would tend to avoid telling my parrents i had eaten rolls haha.

If everyone else took the same rolls then they aren't the problem. Unless he is on some sort of wierd medication that is haveing a bad interaction.

I'm having a little pain in my body, and have a light headache. He still has some stomach pain, but it has faded some. I have smoked some nice marijuana and it has made me feel a lot better. Im still tired and can't sleep. I'm also slurring my words a little.
Btw: its 5pm now. I took the 2 rolls at 7 35 pm yesterday

He wouldnt eat earlier but I told him to eat bread and fruit and have milk. It made him feel better. Pretty sure that's not true. Once you take something you're no longer 'in possession' of it, that's why if you get pulled over by the cops and you can eat everything you have on you you're safe.
