Movies that have made men cry

  1. Okayyyy. So Im a male. And you guys are probably males, female, or BOTH in terms of chris crocker  We men usually have the, "crying is for girls" motto and we never shed tear in front of anyone, unless its a big kick to the nuts. I follow this rule, and so do most men around here. Anyways, I rarely get emotional when it comes to movies, but I watched Seven Pounds today from an annoying spam text from a friend telling me to watch it (yes shes a girl). Bored as shit I did, and I regretted it... Not because it wasnt one of those pot/comedy/action/pornographical film that I crave when im stoned, but because this was one of the few movies that I watched that actually hit my fucking heart. Yes, sounds kinda wussy, but I have to be honest with you, the ending was just totally unbelivable. This was also one of the few movies I watched without getting baked, which got me more emotional... Anyways long story short, I cried, and I was curious why he brought a jellyfish with him, but ::spoiler:: that was his final plan...

Okay, so anyways, what are some movies that made you cry from humor, sadness, emotional, horrible, disgusting, ugly, etc...?

  2. no joke.

    P.S. - I Love You.

I'm a sexually secure straight male and I cried during that movie.

  3. Oh my god, that is SO cute! Hehehe.

Well, I'm a girl, so I can't really give decent perspective since I always cry at sad movies. But my brother, who's pretty masculine, cried when we first saw Castaway. Started breaking down when Wilson floated away.

  4. I can't take sad movies. It leads me to forums posting to strangers about me crying! I kid I kid :D

But really I try to avoid sad/emotional movies like Marley and Me because I'd be balling if I saw that for sure.

  5. ive cried from a few movies such as the notebook, marley and me and yes i even creid from click, the ending when he died was totally sad, it had me in tears.

  9. During Rudy when all of his teammates hand in their jerseys so that Rudy can take their spot in his final game I definitely tear up. I remember when I was young I cried during "my girl" but who hasn't? I think everyone has to cry during My Girl haha. So sad..

  11. Remember The Titans =/

  12. Man on Fire with Denzel got me when i first watched it. Tears of joy though, i love when he gives himself for the girl at the end.

  13. Simon Birch, Hardball, Click, Castaway, Green Mile, Of Mice and Men (book made me cry too), My Dog Skip, and The Bucket List.

  14. That movie was so badass, I was real happy but I was stoned when I saw and I remember being afraid to tear up because Denzel might come through the screen and smack me whilst saying "Man up ya pussy!"

  15. Can't really think of one.

Although, when I watched 'Crash' (2004), during the scene where the man shoots the little girl, I shouted out "Oh no!" really loud in the middle of the theater.

Nothing wrong with crying, boys and girls, just takes a lot to provoke me I guess.

  16. I don't think i've full blown cried during a movie.
but American History X made my eyes water a bit.

  17. I would like to add this movie to my list.
