I have a lot of friends that love taking aderall and xanax at the same time so it doesnt make them as tired. I was wondering if the same would work with those energy drinks..
I also bought some grapefruit juice to potentiate the xanax how long should I take it before dropping the xanax?

DID something about it.
They would kick in at about the same time.
Be careful mixing uppers and downers as well as with the GFJ.
Drink the GFJ about 30 minutes before the xanax

what does the GFJ make the xanax feel like? Does it make it last longer or does it make it more intense? I"m not new to taking xanax but this is my first time trying the GFJ.

With GFJ you are looking primarily at a longer duration which is nice with xanax because of its short acting nature.
