You accusing Kushmonster, who has over 1200 posts and has been active here for more than a year contributing to numerous threads and topics, as being a shill is just as ludicrous as your assertion that Ploom has done you wrong. It's YOUR responsibility to read the warranty BEFORE you make your purchase, not challenge it after you made your purchase just like it would be beneficial if you would have read some of KM's previous posts before accusing him of being a shill. You've done the exact same thing in both circumstances.
Your issue shouldnt be with pax but with the assholes who knowingly peddle vaporizers that will have no warranty. I guess I must be a pax shill too even though I have probably hundreds of posts against the pax.
The grey market is no revolution of making things affordable and suppressing the evil manufacturers who want full msrp. It's charlatans getting rich off selling knock offs or products dishonestly. When you buy from authorized dealers, you pay more, but that cost includes the warranty, and the assurance you're getting what you pay for.

Attacking me. not the issue. Walmart is constantly fighting for the consumer to get the lowest price, even if the mfr. has 'authorized vendors'. Ploom will have to prove mine is counterfeit in court. I offered a settlement and it was refused. I received a letter from someone at Ploom who had not read all of the 20 or more pieces of correspondence between us. In my mind they do not want to find out in court I have a legitimate product, and that they are in illegal restraint of trade. Vendors, like Grasscity Store, should not be held hostage to price-fixing schemes. Choice and free trade is what our society is all about.
How do I do that? Many seniors need access to free trade in equipment and supplies. It is an important topic.
Does not have to be counterfeit to not be legitimate. Its funny that you blame so much on the manufacturer while white knighting for vendors. The vendors are the ones knowingly selling vaporizers that will not be warrantied.
And many of those vendors stating that they will be warrantied. If anything, it is those vendors that should be taken to task for they are knowingly misrepresenting the product and services, but only after taking yourself (not you PH) to task for not reading the fracking warranty in the first place. Exactly just like what was going to happen with that mass drop sale of the herbalizer through vapornation(?). They lied about the warranty up until it was specifically stated by the manufacturer that the units would not be warrantied and added it to their website. Shady vendor tactics typically end up screwing both the manufacturer and the customer.
