My plant is about 2 weeks old now. So I came to check on it, and the stem completely bent in half, but it did not break off. The plant is still growing and I have it propped up on a toothpick. Is there any other suggestions as to what i should do, and how long before the stem will heal?

you could also put some tape around the spot where the stem bent to kind of form a little cast for the plant. you should leave this on for about a week or two and it should be fine, id make the cast out of scotch tape so you can just pour water on it to make the tape fall off, otherwise you could end up doing more harm than good.
