Broken glass in my weed

Hmm... That's a tough one. The only thing I can think of off my head is using a filter of some sorts when you smoke the herb. I was trying to think if using a bong would filter out the glass since the glass is heavier than smoke (obviously), but I'm not really familliar with the properties of glass.... like if it's that fine, what happens to it when you apply heat to it?

 

Joint you're probably fine, pipe probably not.

Glass doesn't melt until waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay up in temperature, far over what a lighter can get. There's basically no chance in hell it's going to make fumes. Also using a filter (like a cig filter) will block THC from entering your body. Bad idea.

 

yeah id say smoke it in a joint or if you use a pipe use a screen. you should be fine

 

Dude whatever u do, DO NOT THROW IT OUT! . Marijuana laced with small shards of glass isn't particularly appealing to any smoker, but u may be able to find some use from it. Try using a vape and get the most out of the herb and just throw it out once ur done. Dont let glass stop u from enjoying MJ

 

I wasn't thinking of a cigarette filter lol, I was thinking of like a metal filter, you know the type you put in your bowls?

I probably just wouldn't smoke it. I wouldn't be so worried about fumes as I would be just inhaling glass particles. That would cause a LOT of damage to your lungs. *shrugs* I dunno, you'll probably be fine with above mentioned suggestions, but I would rather be safe than sorry.

 

With a bong or a joint I think you'd be okay. Not so much with a pipe.

 

if you make a little roach you should be fine on the joint. The only thing i worry about would be little shards of glass flying through your airway as you inhale.

 

how about u just use a bong, the glass i melted or w/e at a much higher temp than wat a bic will do. and the shards would end up in the water rather than ur lungs.

 

Yeah, just bong that stuff. You'd have no worries.

 

My personal opinion is to be safe than sorry and not smoke it. It's not worth the risk to smoke it, my advise to you is to shake off as much of the glass as you can and grind up the zip. Make some killer hash because when you put the bud through the water it should get all the glass.

 

Flip it and get profit.

im pretty damn sure you already got out all the big or visual pieces of glass..
like people have said you could use a filter in your joints.
rip off a little piece of your papers' box for a filter and just roll it up enough where it doesnt seem like anything but smoke could get through... maybe that would work.

if your that worried about it, like i and others have said, just bong it.

 

he doesnt want glass in his lungs, that'd be pretty dirty if he did that.
i doubt the other person would want glass in their lungs...
