That was the request of the owner of the thread so it would not show up on search engines and last longer... which surprised me because I found it with a search engine... go figure... so I thought I would pass along his wishes and just keep it to this group... you can download the guide to print and e-mail it to a friend though ...see links in the beginning of the guides text for these options
