Eastern Conference #1 Cleveland vs #8 Detroit - Cleveland takes this one easily in 4 games, Detroit isn't the team it used to be. #2 Boston(0-1) vs #7 Chicago(1-0) - Rumors have it KG is out for the entire post-season, however this shouldn't affect their play against the bulls, Celts take this one in 5 games. #3 Orlando vs #6 Philly - Orlando suffered a blow with the loss of Nelson at PG, but this won't affect them much in the first few rounds, Orlando takes this series in 5 games. #4 Atlanta vs #5 Miami - This match-up will be interesting -- I think Miami will take it in 6 or 7 games, it'll be a close series. Western Conference #1 LAL vs #8 Utah - Oh man, I feel bad for Utah. If they would've finished 7th I would've predicted them to win the series against the nuggets -- they have a solid team, however they're NOT going to beat the lakers. Lakers take this one in 5 games. #2 Denver vs #7 New Orleans - Denver has exceeded everyone's expectations this year, and I think they will continue to do that in the first round. New Orleans suffered a big blow when Tyson Chandler got injured, and although he'll be back for the playoffs, he won't be 100%. Nuggets take this one in 6 games. #3 San Antonio vs # 6 Dallas - Oh man, I hate both of these teams. I live in San Antonio, and i'm surrounded by obnoxious Spurs fans. The Spurs squeezed out a win last night to grab the #3 spot in front of Houston/Portland, and I think that'll make the difference for them. They'll beat Dallas in 5 games, and they won't have to go on to play the Lakers 2nd round. #4 Portland vs #5 Houston - As a Houston fan, I sit here pondering how the FUCK we ended up in 5th when yesterday we were 3rd(could've clinched 2nd with a Nuggets loss and a win against Dallas). We'll beat the blazers in 6 games, however, we're going to have to face the Lakers second round and that's a battle the Rockets won't win. So, that's my input on the 2009 NBA playoffs so far, post your comments and whether you agree/disagree with me in this thread. I like your pics overall, but since im a hater to all boston sports teams, i think the celtics will lose first round, the bulls are not a team to overlook. i'd like to see cleveland/lakers in the finals and the lakers just get shut out in 5

I think your under estimating portland, there young and loaded with weapons. Roys way good, maybe even elite, they also got lemarcus, Outlaw, and big greg. I have faith in portland to take that series, plus besides Artest sucks, he just jacks like 15 3s a game lol, all they got is little brooks

The fucking Celtics got outplayed today. Not because they played bad, but more because the Bulls did real well. Rondo was hot, but no one could hit a three. Peirce had it at the end!
