How Did You Exercise Today?

  1. Skipped the gym today, but worked for 10 hrs. Taught 6 gymnastics classes.
     
  2. Built a greenhouse and unloaded a truck of lights into it
     
  3. Basketball yesterday, gonna hit a good 30 minute workout on break today.
     
  4. Did blades fall off or just forgot about this thread?

    Yesterday did a shootaround for an hour with pushups for everyfree throw.

    Did squats and lunges and some.db curls at home.

    Yeah, I just don't post every day that I workout :p kinda do it a lot when ya go to school to be a personal trainer...Gettin practice trained on by classmates then doin my own routine would be posting a lot of shit...

    Didn't have class today though because the teacher is at some fitness industry conference this weekend so I'm just goin to do my regular full body workout minus the leg stuff cuz my right knee is jacked up...

    Front and lateral raises with 25 pound dumbells 4x each direction superset for 3 sets
    Bench press at 205 for 3-5 reps for 3 sets
    Incline bench press at 185 for 3-5 reps for 3 sets
    Dumbbell curls at 50 lbs for 4-8 reps for 3 sets (need slightly heavier weight but that's the heaviest the gym has, so I gotta buy a db set)
    Db Hammer curls at 50 lbs for 4-8 reps for 3 sets
    Single arm behind the back dumbbell tricep extensions 35 lbs for 5 reps and 3 sets
    Tricep pull downs on a machine 100lbs 3-5 times (I can't seem to get this fucking weight to go up, been here forever...)
    Deadlifts (gotta go a bit lighter because of knee again) 165 lbs for 5-8 reps for 3 sets
    Machine rows 185lbs 3-5 reps for 3 sets

    And throw in some core stuff in there too... Russian twists with a medicine ball, v sit ups, planks etc etc
     
  6. Eh, rode my bike to work.  Jogged a mile or so last night.
     
  7. I normally go to the GYM and also run in the open filed for 1 hour.
     
  8. Hour of cardio and shoulders.
     
  9. Trained at my MMA gym. Still lovin' it.

    Going to run a group 5k I signed up for awhile ago. I'm pretty nervous about it as my calves are really sore right now. I think its just minor but could be a tear or something. Hope a dont blow out a achilles tendon.

  12. Took 4th place in a running/strength event. I'm very happy with that as I dont run much.
     
  13. Damn injuries are coming back and limiting progress. May get back into some workouts tomorrow or tonight. Gotta get a good base again.
     
  14. Stretching today did a lot of kickboxing/bag work yesterday.

    Shrugs
     
  16. no exercise since 8 weeks ago..  havent broken a sweat (other than while sleeping or masturbating) since then.

  18. My "rest" day consisted of cardio. 
     
    Tomorrow is leg day. I hate squats with a passion. However as a gay guy, the compliments I get make me happy. haha. 
     
  19. Chest and back day at the gym..focused mostly on the upper chest mixed in some new sets. This older fitness chick hottie was doing her thing at the gym thats always a bonus.
     
  20. I always do this. Wake up in the morning and then go out in the road for exercise.
