  9. Its pretty stable. I'm very happy with it at my bargain price and I'd still be happy at $99. The guy on ebay has another up for auction but it looks to be missing the hardware so I would pass. 
     
     
    Like I said above its a good unit. If your looking for one I would check out Craigslist. There are deals to be had. Just search for pull up in the sporting section. People buy them and never use them.

  16. 10 sets of 5 pull ups 5 dips with uber good form. Did it in my backyard and it was a nice sunny day. Cant wait to get some more weight lifting stuff back there. Love hitting the weights outside!

    Legs are killin me so I think I'm only gonna hit upper body today a little harder than usual by adding a few more exercises in to make it a little more interesting.. been doin a full body 3 days a week with cardio days at least twice a week for the last 3 weeks as a dare from one of the teachers in the personal trainer degree I'm goin for...so the plan today is:

    2-4 hits on my 16 inch bong
    3 sets 3-6 reps bench press at between 185-205 depending on how the shoulder feels
    3 sets 3-6 reps deadlifts not sure of the weight
    3 sets 3-6 reps machine flys at 250+
    3 sets 3-6 reps of bicep curls w/ at least 40 pound dumb bells
    3 sets 3-6 reps reverse machine flys at 130-145
    3 sets of crunches on a bosu ball 34/33/33
    3 sets of 12-15 reps of behind the head tricep extensions at 50 pounds, fucken gym doesn't have heavier :rolleyes:
    3 sets 3-6 reps hammer curls with 40 pound dumb bells
    3 sets of 3-6 reps machine tricep extensions at ~100 pounds
    3 sets of 12-15 concentration curls with 50 pound dumb bells
    3 sets of 15 bench dips with a 45 pound plate on my lap
    3 sets of seated medicine ball rotations on a bosu ball unsure of the number...
     
  18. I have walked more than 14 miles this week. It's my daily duty as well. I do this regularly.

    yea, its raining out there alrite.   A nice steady drizzle.  Almost perfect for running except my hands got kinda cold.  but the wind isnt too bad.
     
    1/2 mile jog, then stretching
     
    1/2 mile run to park +
     
    3x(4 pullups/12 pushups)
     
    walked/jogged 1 mile back in this direction
     
    ran/sprinted 1/2mile uphill to get back here
     
    stretched + 3x20 pushups
