Well it depends on what you mean by Meaningful. Alot of artists are meaningful and deep about different subjects, political rap, or just straight lyrical rap. If you want true hip hop you should look into Soulja Boy... Haha jk, pretty much everything everybody else said is true hip hop. I like Lupe, Aesop, Jurassic 5, heiroglyphics. And I also like Kid Cudi but hes sort of a main stream artist with a different sound than most.
