    Oh absolutely. My husband makes fun of me for it, but I could probably throw all his food in a blender and serve it in an empty pizza box and he'd still be happy

    last night..
     
    marinated duck breast (w/ stone fruit & bourbon reduction), braised red cabbage, fingerling potatoes, cukes and heirloom tomatoes from the garden..

    Pasta alla carbonara... sort of. I added a few things. So it's sauteed onions, garlic, mushrooms, and bacon with mini penne in a parmesan egg sauce. Lots of black pepper and a little bit of red pepper flakes, just a hint of spice.
