just curious as to when to start flowering. i have a clone that is about 15 inches tall. was just wonderin when i need to start the flowering stage. how long as well?

It's up to you man.
Bear in mind your plant will stretch to 2/3 times it's size when you switch to 12/12.

Does your clone have alternating nodes? And/or is it showing any signs of pre-flowers?
