I was one of the lucky ones. I didn't get any swelling or very much pain. I just got queezy when the G.A. wore off... So I just basically had to wait until I wasn't feelin sick anymore - and then I was grubbin. The only thing that hurt was when food would get caught in the sockets... I used a fork to pick it out (very gently of course) - and every now and then I'd snag the stitches...
