I like my steak done.... like i really don't like my meat to still be red.. and if its bleeding i'll prolly puke on it.....
But I prefer to cook my own steak most of the time, cause i can cook it well done and have it still as tender as if it was rare..... I can cook a steak well done that you don't need a knife to cut.

Medium-rare, but blackened on the outside just a tad. I really only like steak made on a charcoal grill.

Medium-rare, a scarlet pink on the inside, and nice grilled sear marks on the outside.

always medium rare. my boss made steak for lunch after the lunch shift and it was fuckin good.
