Alright so im at day 48 Today and i got some Pics .. well actully alot.
But on day 46 i changed the Res, Just put Pure water with ph balancer.
Have been very tempted to chop the whole thing down and smoke it, But ill wait haha.
My mother visited my house,was in the basement and found my box. I showed her. Surprisingly she was proud of me(she doesnt smoke). I had promised her that when im done she can grow some Tomatoes with the system haha.

I have a couple questions.
1.About how much longer till i should harvest?
2.I have discovered a few seeds, all of which are at the bottom of the plant.Hermie?
3.Are these Good size buds for a 100 watt hps and shitty t5's?

i would push them another 2 weeks, look great though.

Get yourself a handheld microscope(Radio Shack) or a jewelers loupe(ebay) and check the trichomes, no one can tell you when to chop looking at those pictures. Both options are real cheap, under $20.

3. Yes looking good bro, just next time be vigilant about checking the bottom of the plants, thats where the nanners usually pop up at the end of flowering. Hope your tops havent been pollinated, that would suck.

Shop i try n get them seeds off of there? if they do spread to the top should i just harvest?

Yeah you should pick off the seeds and nanners, also once the trics are amber
brownish its time to harvest.

If you want a couchlock high, do that... if you want a nice balanced heady / couchy high, go for half cloudy and half amber

Yeah if you see nanners pull them off carefully without opening them. You could pull the seeds off too I guess.

Yeah depending on how you like your high, chop it when they are like 50/50 cloudy/amber, less amber for a more energetic up high, more amber for a stoner, couchlock high. You should be pretty close if they are turning cloudy, might as well wait it out.

9 times out of 10 its genetics in my opinion. Was it feminized seed? Stress like light leaks, light poisoning can cause them but most of the time its from some feminized hermie seed. Feminized seed are the biggest rip-off in the history of cannabis.

Well i bought white widow, Northern lights, and skunk seeds, but didnt want to waste them on my first hydro. i ended up using some bag seeds from a buddy. by the way there is 2 plants in there.
So i should harvest when they are cloudy because i want an energetic high. well unless i Harvest one earlier then the other then i will have both? good idea or what

Also some people are saying cut all the leaves off the plant a few days before harvest. Im not sure if this is true?

Oh well yeah good chance that bagseed is hermie prone, a lot of it is. Yeah if you like an energetic high pull them when they just start turning amber.


Dont start cutting leaves off until after you pull the plant man, those leaves hold valuable nutes for your nugs. Photosynthesis baby!!:hello:Leaves are absolutely essential to the plant, dont pull leaves off an alive plant unless they are yellow and dead. Sometimes if they are blocking a bud or something too but you can just bend those ones out the way.

you should wait until at least 80% of the hairs have turned brown, or until most of the trichs have turned amber. This looks mighty impressive for a 100 HPS! How many CFLs do you have? Also is tha day 48 from seed or day 48 since you switched to 12/12? And finaly how tall are your plants?

Hey , well i vegged them for a month under a 2't5 ballast (2flourescent tubes).
Then switched them to 12 12 and it has been 48 days since.
I do not have any cfls. Just the 100 watt HPS and that t5 setup.
They are 2 feet tall at the highest point, i did do extensive lst work on them at the beginning the stems twirl all around the place.
I was removing the lst work as i went i just removed all of the strings and lifted the light as much as i can.
And to tell you the truth i broke my ph meter and havent even checked it for almost 2 monthes.
i just add lemon juice because i know my ph is always high.

Well got a few more pictures, I just removed all of them seeds and as many of them seed pods or whatever you guys call them.
Also took a shoe lace and put it around the whole bunch, pulled them all together so that there under the HPS

The reason I asked is coz im growing 5 plants in a space of 30cm x 70cm with 250w hps I didn't plan to have that many plants, I planted 5 and all of them turned female, now my heart doesn't let me throw a couple of plants to free up space, tho they are doing fine so far. The thing is the tallest is 2feet after 2weeks of flowering, I have 20cm left of height for the plants to grow, just hope that they stop growing. The plants doubled in size in 2weeks. I think Ill be alright

You shold definitly wait another 1-2weeks before harvest, wait for those hairs to turn bronw!
