I watched a documentary on the porn world a while back... In the adult industry, both men and women are tested for STDs on a regular basis, weekly or biweekly, I forget. It's a lot harder (no pun intended) to find a male star rather than a female. Men in the business have to be able to get hard on the spot and last until the director needs them to bust. Not to mention a huge dong. =/ A lot of women join the business, do a bunch of movies and quit the biz. Fans get tired of the same actresses, so once their 15 minutes are up, they generally get paid a lot less per scene and eventually quit.
money, a nice HD camera, sound/video guys, and a nice old hag for a receptionist, that has preferiably been around the corner more times than a nascar driver goes in a left hand circle... Actually a lot of them are not at increased risk, on the high budget porn flicks I am sure that they do std tests and such. Actually your average local slut is more likely to get an std because of the sheer amount of people she sleeps with. Porn stars do their 10-20 movies and that is it, so actually I would say that most of them do not have std's.
