Anyone know What is the highest temperature you should boil the weed in to make cannabutter?? (before it starts to denature and lose potency and burn off)

I think its 98 degrees farenheit?? (im using a meat thermometer instead of a candy therm.)

I searched alot and I couldnt find the answer can someone help me out??

THANKS
