ScrOG the best method (I find anyway) to get your yeilds up...

  1. This is the kRaZiEsT method to getting your yeilds up, works as good as
they say it does increases your yeild by 2 to 5 times depends on how
good you are at it. Anyway to learn the basics:

And more Advanced methods of scrog...

note: this does not put any stress on the plant such as puring does...
so your potentcy level stays at a high.
Once you get the hang of this try adding in hydroponic, my buddy does this and damn! He gets 5 times the amount of dope that Mark Emery said there was going to be and all of it is sweet ass pot. The kinda shit you dont want to sell to anyone not even your mom :) :D

I have done a little reading on scrog..I would like to give it a try..I want to move into a bigger home so I can have more room to try the different methods out.. :D :DI also want to find the best strain to do scrog with or if it even makes a difference?? I don't know..Stay cool man.. [IMG] Your first link is bad, but the second one was a good link..It has good info on scrog.. :D

  3. I hear the more branchier type strains are better also sativa strains I hear come out pretty good with scrog but it really doesnt matter and these facters will make some but little difference

  4. I have a small scrog going on right now,a carpet...lol,in a new cabinet design ,,soon to be revealed to all..

This is a very good technique for the personal/medical grower, with tight limits on space...Although I recommend that everyone should "get their feet wet" with scrOG...at least once.

As long as you monitor it regularly,,any strain of course will work,,but a strain should be chosen that will be short in growth, and fast on maturity..high in potentcy..

scrOG works very well with hydroponic setups,,bubblers are often used ....and can be made cheaply...

Regular monitoring is essential. First time grower, and decided to scrog. this is one bucket, from clone. Enjoy the before and after:)

This was the smallest, weakest looking two clones in the bunch. She turned into, what looks like, the best yielder. These shots are from the 3rd day under 400MH (I changed to a 1000w HPS after 14 days of vegging under the MH), Side view from day 10 12/12 (35 days from clone), and a top view from the same period (10 days 12/12).

    Peace

  6. What is the dimension of that plant on the last picture?!?!

  7. It is good to see all of the ScrOG grows on this forum, definitely the best way, and surprisingly simple too, to maximize your yield in smaller grow areas/grow boxes. Happy Scrogging!!! :D

  8. I am using scrog for very tight grow boxes. 2 plants per screen just under 2' by 2' the screen is about 8" up from bucket then have about 12" above to grow. I will clear out everything I deem unusable about 2 weeks into flower. After that will just start directing branches either weaving them in the screen or just tying them down to it (I love pipe cleaners, added bonus using a red really stands out so you can find them quick). I try to keep everything trained down to about 2 inches off screen for the first half of flower. Tuck the leaves back to the under side of the screen gives you a nice island of bud.

This is from my grow cubes a few days ago. They are under 4 55W PL-L lamps homemade reflectors after factoring in light loss about 4k lumen per sq foot. I angle them in slightly so they are casting more light towards middle and less on the walls.

My current project I a vertical scrog I hope to having operational in march. Will be a vertical scrog with 2 screens on left and right of a 600w bulb. Screen size will be about 30" by 48" so about 10 sq feet each.
