OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - Thurston County authorities have seized more than
165 marijuana plants from a rental property owned by a member of
    Olympia's City Council.

    The Olympian reports
that the county Narcotics Task Force raided the home owned by
Councilman Steve Langer last week after receiving a complaint. Two
warrants were served, but no arrests have been made.

Capt. Dave Johnson says the marijuana was seized from two outdoor greenhouses, which are visible from the road.

    Langer
says he was angry when he found out from a neighbor about the raid. He
had checked in at the home recently and found "a few" marijuana plants,
he said, but assumed the plants were legal under the state's marijuana
    laws.
