test your PH and PPM of your water. what are they at? Also temperature of your water? They are super young still so could be they are just adjusting, but I would try to get the PH around 6.5 and keep the ppm pretty mellow since they are new. I keep my h20 temp around 20 C 70 F. Try giving em a seaweed foliar, that's what I would do.
