this is my first attempt at a grow journal so bare with me. heres what im using grow tent 2 300w marshydro leds coco 3 gallon grow bags (1 2 gallon fabric pot) 4" can fan as for nutrients i got this stuff (pic) but im probably gonna stick with maxibloom kiss formula this run
ok so im about 20 days in veg...there has been some slow but steady growth...ive topped them all once about a week ago...somango and gsc are the smallest and slowest...lemon kush is of the xmen variety but ima flower her the same...theyre also showing deficiencies...pics below

ok so i topped all of them a second time about 4 days ago...i also added two more plants that ima gonna let go 12/12 from seed. the two new strains i added are dna florida gold and dna cantaloupe kush...im not adding pics of the two new strains yet as i just put them in coco this morning but the rest are in pics below DW
i misspoke in my last post...the two new strains arent 12/12 from seed as they will get almost two weeks of veg. im planning to make the light switch to 12/12 december 17th but as ive said above the growth of these strains has been slow but steady so i may end up letting them veg a week longer. thanks to anyone following along. any questions or suggestions are welcome. this is the female seeds lemon kush...not bushy at all...she has 7 tops tho this is royal queen seeds blue mystic...shes pretty bushy...as you can see i tied her down in a last ditch effort to see how tall the lower branches would get in a week....the humidity has been kinda high lately and shes the only plant "sweating" in my tent. shes doing great tho
this elemental seeds 5th element. she looks very similar to the blue mystic. 9 tops...cant wait to flower her this is my bcbuddepot girl scout cookies. like the lemon kush she did fill out but the growth is great. shes actually been my fav outta this grow...no issues 6 tops...should be decent bud.
last but not least this is seedsman somango...she was kinda the runt of the tent and giving me minor issues...proud to see how well shes bounced back and filled out...she has the most unique smell outta all the other strains in my tent...only thing left to do is flower
i officially flip to flower December 17 (18th morning actually)....im also starting another grow in a couple weeks...i hear a bunch of talk about how good or bad autoflowers are the same as i did about leds vs hps...so im doing a 9 plant all autoflower grow...just waiting on my seeds to arrive. thanks to anyone silently following along🼠DW
ok im back with another simple update...plants are now in flower and doing fine...the florida gold and cantaloupe kush are 12/12 from seed (almost) but still pretty small. the gsc and lemon kush and the tallest. its only been 4-5 days since the light schedule change so none of the girls are showing pistils yet. my next update wont be until all the original 5 are showing pistils. pics below stay KIND, DW
quick update...the plants are ok and more n more pistils are popping up BUT i think ive seen thrips in this tent...yesterday i misted with water amd neem oil and today i misted with sm90...gonna wait a 4-5 days to see if this keeps it from gettin any worse. few pics below DW
quick update: the ladies are 4 days into week 3 of flower. interesting smells coming from this tent. lemon kush smells citrusy and mentholy...like it clears the sinuses with a big sniff. 5th element is the frostiest so far and smell sweet. gsc has a funky smell its hard to describe. somango smells spicy or peppery like a throwback haze. the standout strain is the blue mystic...chunky n frosty and blueberry muffin smell is present....theres a few small underdeveloped branches on the lemon,mystic, and 5th element that im thinking about "re-vegging" in my oxy cloner.....thrips issue completely under control...everythings on cruise control....pics below
